The Gates of Paradise by Melissa de la Cruz

Nothing happened for about 98% of this book. 

Schuyler spends the entire time looking for her human father and his family, only in the end to learn that somehow she has 2 fathers? And she has to pick one? 

I am glad Oliver finally got his happily ever after and I’m so unbelievably glad it wasn’t with Schuyler. 

Virtually nothing in this book interested me at all. I had to literally force myself through it and almost gave up numerous times. 

It is what it is. Apparently there’s two more books, so, I guess I’ll read them just to say I did it.
